Any Order We Receive for in Stock Items Before 2:00 PM EST will be Shipped that Same Day. All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise, and will ship within 3-6 business days from the date of payment. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.00 in the Continental US.
USA Territories/Non-Contiguous States are charged a flat rate fee of $60.00 (up to 7 pounds).

Please note, for the "Next Day Shipping" the order has to be placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Returns & Refunds:

We offer a no hassle 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. All unchalked cues or unused products qualify for full credit or replacement. Damaged or defective items are subject to manufacturer warranties and vary accordingly, though most manufacturers warranty for parts and workmanship up to one year from the time of purchase.

We will charge 20% re-stocking fee for all returns made from 30 to 60 days after date of purchase.  No returns are accepted after 60 days of purchase date.  You will be responsible for costs and arrangements for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns.

To insure expedient handling of return requests, please follow the procedure listed below:

• In your email mention the order number and payment receipt of your purchase
• Package items in a sturdy, secure box and mail them to the address we will provide you in our reply email.

*Non-approved requests or insufficient packaging void any potential return requests, however, all efforts will be made to process these returns regardless.

We sell our products at the lowest prices allowed by the Manufacturers, following their Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policies. For the few products that do not have MAPs, we try to offer the lowest prices as well.
