Returns & Refunds:

 No returns are accepted after 30 days of purchase date.

 To ensure appropriate handling of return requests, please follow the procedure listed below:

  • Email us at info@billiardandpoolcenter.com to receive a Return Authorization

In your email please mention the Order number, provide a reason for return, and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.

Upon approval you will receive the Authorization and the address where you can mail the product you would like to return

  • Package items in a sturdy, secure box and mail them to the address we will provide you in our reply email.

Customer will be responsible for costs and arrangements for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service.

We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging.

All unchalked cues or unused products qualify for full credit or replacement.

Sorry, but at this moment, we are not accepting chalked cues for returns.

Damaged or defective items are subject to manufacturer warranties and vary accordingly, though most manufacturer’s warranty for parts and workmanship are up to one year from the time of purchase.

Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund confirmation will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Insufficient packaging on returned items voids all warranties and guarantees.

 * Non-approved requests or insufficient packaging void any potential return requests, however, all efforts will be made to process these returns regardless.

 Late Or Missing REFUNDS

We issue refunds as soon as we get the returned item(s) back.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Usually, it should take about 5 to 7 business days, but some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card.
