Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: November 5, 2026
1. About the Program
The Billiard and Pool Center Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to our online store at www.billiardandpoolcenter.com.
By joining or continuing to participate in the Program, affiliates agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Program is operated by Billiard and Pool Center, a business of Artutik Inc.
2. Commissions
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral links.
Our brand-based commission structure is:

Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping charges and taxes.
Special commission arrangements individually agreed with affiliates will remain valid unless otherwise communicated.
We may update commission rates with advance notice. Changes will not retroactively reduce commissions already earned on qualifying purchases.
3. Referrals and Tracking
Our standard referral tracking period is 30 days.
Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases tracked through affiliate links, subject to the Program's attribution rules.
Orders must be successfully paid for and fulfilled to qualify for commissions. Cancelled, refunded, returned, or fraudulent orders do not qualify.
We may review tracking issues and make manual adjustments when appropriate.
4. Commission Payments
To account for our 30-day money-back guarantee, commissions become eligible for payment 30 days after the purchase date, provided the order has been fulfilled and has not been canceled, returned, or refunded.
Approved commissions are payable upon request, with no minimum payout amount.
Payments are made through the payment methods supported by our affiliate program.
5. Advertising and Promotion
Affiliates are welcome to promote our products through websites, blogs, social media, videos, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is permitted, including Google Ads and other advertising platforms.
Affiliates may bid on generic billiards-related keywords and product or manufacturer brand names, provided they comply with applicable advertising and trademark rules.
However, affiliates must not:
- Bid on “Billiard and Pool Center”, our website domain, or variations and misspellings of our store name.
- Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as Billiard and Pool Center.
- Advertise unauthorized discounts, promotions, or coupon codes.
- Use spam, fraudulent traffic, misleading claims, or other deceptive promotional practices.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.
6. Product Images and Information
Affiliates may use product images, descriptions, and other promotional materials from our website to promote products sold by Billiard and Pool Center, subject to applicable manufacturer restrictions.
Original branding and trademarks must be maintained.
Affiliates should ensure that product information is accurate and avoid misleading claims about pricing, availability, or specifications.
Product prices and availability may change without notice.
Affiliates must not present themselves as official representatives of Billiard and Pool Center without our written permission.
7. Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when required by applicable advertising regulations.
For example:
"This page contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases."
8. Program Rules and Termination
We reserve the right to review affiliate activity and suspend or terminate participation in cases of fraud, misleading advertising, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Commissions directly associated with fraudulent or prohibited activities may be rejected or adjusted.
Legitimate commissions earned before termination remain payable, subject to order verification, returns, and refunds.
Either party may end participation in the Program at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Material changes, including changes to commission rates or advertising restrictions, will be communicated to affiliates in advance.
Changes apply prospectively from their announced effective date.
